Ingredientes:
- 1 xicara de amendoim triturado
- 1 colher de sopa de açúcar orgânico
- 1 pitada de sal
Modo de Preparo:
1- Primeiro precisamos torrar e triturar o amendoim.
Coloque o amendoim com casca em uma forma sem untar e leve ao forno em potência de média a alta por 10 a 15 minutos.2- Depois retire o amendoim e deixe esfriar.
3- Descasque os amendoins e coloque no processador ou liquidificador. Triture bem até virar uma farinha fina no ponto para o preparo da paçoca.
4- Coloque essa farinha de amendoim e todos os ingredientes em um recipiente. Mexa tudo até ficar uma massa uniforme e modele as paçocas.
